December 2008 - Cohu Purchases Rasco From Dover
Cohu, Inc. announced that its Delta Design subsidiary has purchased Rasco GmbH from Dover Corporation for $80 million in cash funded of Cohu's existing cash reserves.

September 2008 - New Sales Manager Europe
Effective September 01, 2008 Mathias Westenhuber has been appointed Rasco's new Sales Manager Europe, replacing Willi Huber who has left Rasco end of August.

September 2008 - Handler #100 installed in Thailand
Rasco has recently installed handler #100 in Thailand. Already the very first Rasco handler, shipped in 1997 was shipped to Thailand and also handler #100, which was shipped in the year 2000.
Up to now more than 1000 Rasco handling systems are installed worldwide with a remarkable market share of nearly 10% in Thailand.
