April 2011

In course of our continuous improvement process Rasco GmbH started a customer satisfaction questionnaire at end of April. It’s Rasco’s goal to identify potential for improvement and in succession start  necessary actions to enduringly improve customer satisfaction. For the first time the questionnaire is performed together with Rasco’s sister company Delta Design and as an online survey. All customers of Rasco are sincerely invited to participate in this customer satisfaction questionnaire. To receive individual login data please contact tqm@delta-rasco.com.

Alex Waldauf is promoted to Managing Director of Rasco. Alex joined Rasco in 1998 as a design engineer and during his twelve years with the company he has led or been involved in the development of all Rasco handlers. During his tenure at Rasco, Alex has held management positions in Engineering, Sales and Service. In 2008, he was interim Managing Director and most recently has served as Director of Engineering for Test-in-Strip and MEMS products.

May 2010
End of May 2010 Rasco successfully achieved the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. After a period of only six months for preparation and  implementation the audit could be passed successfully. By acting in accordance the requirements of the norm Rasco highlights its pretensions to have a special focus on Quality.
